I am SO EXCITED to announce Ongoing GROUP COACHING coming soon! I have decided to call it "Chrysalis"-- a name God gave me on a road trip as I was thinking about what to call it and pondering the transformation of a butterfly. The chrysalis is the spot where all the transformation happens. It enters a cute, fuzzy little caterpillar and comes out a miraculous, glorious butterfly.
This is your spot of transformation. Your place to settle in, get comfortable (or uncomfortable👀) and embrace your health journey surrounded by other women who are doing the same, cheering you on, and celebrating every positive step you take.
Here, we want to help you see what you were a designed to be--we walk with you into the discovery of your own beautiful wings.
