Some things that have helped me get to where I am today
I would encourage you to choose any option of coaching I offer that would best suite you and your situation. But if that is not something you want to do or have the budget for right now, here are some practical things to help you get on track toward a healthier, happier life. There are also resources included below that can help you understand and grasp the Trim Healthy way and why it works so well. These are just recommendations from me of things that have helped me in both body and mind and heart. I hope they can bless you too!

FREE things you can do today to take steps toward a healthier YOU:
I recommend choosing one and focusing on it for a week or two, and then continuing on the next week or two by stacking another one of these on. Break it down into something that is not overwhelming. Make it achievable so you know you'll do it!
1. Drink some water!
2. Get your protein in! 25-30g per meal and snack!
3. Move your body! Especially by lifting some heavy things! Aim for 3x a week.
4. Eat more veggies!
5. Cut the sugar.

You Can Do This!
Transformation from the inside out happens when you realize the incredible daughter of God you were made to be and that body He has gifted to you is holy, bought with a price, incredibly intricate, and worth stewarding well.
That changes everything.
You don't throw junk into an extremely precious, once-in-a-lifetime gift!
Real and lasting change happens with one consistent habit at a time.
You are worth it. You can do it. You are capable. You are not too far gone. You are not alone.
